工作职责:
-Client Development & Relationship Management
-Proactively identify and acquire enterprise (B2B) clients with potential AI solution needs
-Build and maintain long-term, stable relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
-Needs Analysis & Solution Design
-Gain deep understanding of clients’ business models, pain points, and objectives
-Work with internal technical teams to develop tailored AI solutions that are feasible and aligned with client requirements
-Sales Process Management
-Manage the full sales cycle for AI solutions, including lead generation, solution presentation, quotation, negotiation, and contract signing
-Track project delivery progress, coordinate resources to resolve issues, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
-Market & Competitive Analysis
-Collect and analyze industry trends, competitor information, and market dynamics to provide recommendations for business expansion
-Contribute to the development of sales strategies and pricing policies
-Performance & Targets
-Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
任职资格:
-Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Marketing, or related fields
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience in enterprise solutions sales; background in AI, Big Data, Cloud Computing, or SaaS is a plus
-Solid understanding of AI technologies, with the ability to quickly connect product capabilities to client business scenarios
-Excellent communication skills, business negotiation capabilities, and client relationship management abilities.Results-oriented, able to work under pressure, with strong self-motivation and a collaborative team spirit
-Strong market awareness and analytical judgment skills
-Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in our Mountain View office
