工作职责:
-Lead sales operations in the U.S. market, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the programmatic advertising industry, including new client acquisition, partnership development, and strategic account growth
-Develop and execute sales strategies, guiding the sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
-Conduct market research and analyze U.S. market trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging business models to provide data-driven support for business development strategies and decision-making
-Deliver compelling presentations to clients and partners, clearly communicating the value of the company’s services and solutions
-Provide regular updates to senior management on business performance, team progress, and achievement of revenue targets
-Directly manage the US team, including Sales and operations, setting goals, monitoring performance, achieving revenue targets
任职要求:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred
-8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the programmatic advertising industry
-At least 5 years of proven experience in sales team management, self-driven and with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets and building robust relationships with clients and partners
-Experience working with ad tech vendors and platforms, direct advertisers, agency trading desks, SSPs, and DSPs
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and negotiate effectively
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of leveraging data to drive business decisions
-Willingness to travel as required by business needs
-Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
