工作职责:
-Account Management & Growth: Serve as the primary client contact. Understand client objectives to position ad tech solutions, conduct regular reviews, and drive revenue growth through upselling and supporting new business proposals
-Campaign Execution: Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including goal definition, setup, optimization, and reporting. Analyze data to recommend actionable improvements
-Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, operations, and product teams to deliver exceptional service, ensure seamless execution, and troubleshoot technical issues
-Trusted Advisor: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Share market insights and product expertise to build strong, consultative client relationships
任职要求:
-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Business, or related discipline) or equivalent work experience
-2-4 years of experience as an Client Manager or similar client-facing role in the ad tech industry
-Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
-Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
-Available to work 5 days onsite
